Exchange / Returns

At House of Dara our goal is to satisfy our customers 100% of the time. If you are not satisfied with you clothing or accessories, we have a 3 day exchange policy. Due to hygiene reasons earrings are not eligible for exchange or returns. Products are eligible for return 3 days after purchase date. House of Dara accepts unused products in the original condition at time of purchase; It must also be in the original packaging.  In the case of multiple packaging the clothing must be unworn.

Sale items (if applicable)

House of Dara “DOES NOT” offers exchange or refunds on customized and sale products. All holiday promotions are considered final sale. Only regular priced items may be exchanged.

Exchange / Returns

Items may exchanged for any reason, but House of Dara will only cover costs of items/products that are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at [email protected]. With a picture of the clothing.


To exchange your product, you should mail your product to: The physical address emailed to you by House of Dara.

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping when exchanging your item. If the exchange is due to a mistake on House of Dara’s part we will pay the shipping cost. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
